 Born in 1973 in Brescia, Italy, guitarist since childhood, he begins by studying classical guitar, later moving on to electric and acoustic guitar, exploring various genres of music, from blues to rock to jazz.

He plays in different bands in which he starts his first compositional experiences as a writer of lyrics and music.

At the same time, he collaborates with nationally renowned musicians.

Since 2009 he totally dedicates to the study of composition with Mauro Montalbetti, Rossano Pinelli and Antonio Giacometti and attends several composition masterclasses: with Carlo Boccadoro (2012-’13), with Lorenzo Pusceddu (2016) on writing for wind orchestra, with Fabrizio De Rossi Re (2019) on improvisation and with Giorgio Colombo Taccani (2021-’22).

In 2010 he receives a certificate of merit in the international competition “Suoni di legno” with a work for classical guitar “Spring Falls”.

In 2012 he wins the 3rd prize in the “Assisi Suono Sacro” competition with the work for piano solo Ricuarz”. In the same year he realizes the sonorization of the photographic exhibition “Par no dismenteâ…” sponsored by the Municipality of Cercivento (UD).

In 2014 “Plan das stries” for solo flute is selected to be performed during the review “Risuonanze” in Tricesimo (UD). In the same year he wins the 3rd prize at the international composition competition for youth orchestra “Cav. Angelo Rizzardi” with the work “The Voyage of a Visionary Man”.

In 2016 “Nel mondo di un solo colore” for solo violin is selected to be performed during the “Risuonanze” festival in Trieste. In the same year, the score of “Il fiume cambia la pelle” for mezzo soprano, percussion and digital support (words by Giovanni Peli) is shown in Lucca at the exhibition “Musica con vista” thanks to selection through the “International Prize for non-conventional writing of musical scores.”

In 2017, in addition to selection and participation at the Florida International Toy Piano Festival with the work “Naughty Child”he wins the second prize at the 29th European Music Competition in Moncalieri (TO) with “Kosmos” written for ensemble.

In 2018 “Spiccando fiori…profumo” is selected by Achrome Ensemble through call for scores to be performed within the “…e adesso musica!” season in Bergamo.

In 2019 “Different Twins” is selected by 21st Century Guitar through call for scores to be performed in 2021 at the “21st Century Guitar Conference” in Lisbon.

In 2021 “Plenilunio d’autunno is selected by the “21st Century Guitar” call for scores to be performed in 2022 at the “21st Century Guitar Conference” in Muncie, USA.

In 2024 he wins first prize and special prize at the 13th “Amigdala International Music Competition” with the work The Flight of Starlings for orchestra.

His works have been performed several times both in Italy and abroad.
